Request Account Deletion

We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your DOTKO account and all associated data, please read the information below carefully before proceeding.

Important: This Action is Permanent

Deleting your account will permanently remove:

  • Your profile and business information
  • All uploaded documents (GST, PAN, licenses, etc.)
  • All reports you have filed
  • All communication history
  • Your trust score and verification status
  • All app settings and preferences

Note: Reports filed against your business by others may be retained for legal and record-keeping purposes as required by law (up to 7 years).

Before You Delete Your Account

Consider these alternatives:

  • Temporarily disable notifications in app settings
  • Update your privacy settings to limit data sharing
  • Contact our support team to resolve any issues

How to Delete Your Account

In-App Deletion

Open the DOTKO app → Go to Profile → Settings → Scroll to bottom → Tap "Delete Account" → Confirm deletion

Email Request

Send an email to support@dotko.in with subject line "Account Deletion Request" including your registered email and reason for deletion (optional)

Verification

We'll verify your identity and process your request within 48-72 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email once completed.
